STEP 1 – Review Policies & Waivers
Please read all policies and waivers carefully. You must agree to them before continuing with the new client process.
STEP 2 – Complete the New Client Form
Click "START HERE" and complete the form with all requested information. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.
STEP 3 – WE CONTACT YOU
Once Steps 1 & 2 are completed, we will:

Call you to schedule
Collect your deposit

First Appointment Requirements
The person who creates the account must attend the first appointment and will be required to:
- Review and sign all policies and waivers
- Provide a valid credit card to keep on file
Arrival Policy
New clients must arrive 10 minutes early for their first appointment to allow time for check-in and your grooming consultation.
Late arrivals cannot be accepted. The appointment will need to be rescheduled, and the original deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Adrienne's Grooms employs extensive safety and sanitary precautions to ensure your pet's safety and health. Despite reasonable and prudent efforts, some pets may experience common side effects of the grooming process, including but not limited to: clipper burn, exposure of the quick, reactions to flea treatments and de-shedding dip treat
Adrienne's Grooms employs extensive safety and sanitary precautions to ensure your pet's safety and health. Despite reasonable and prudent efforts, some pets may experience common side effects of the grooming process, including but not limited to: clipper burn, exposure of the quick, reactions to flea treatments and de-shedding dip treatments, hair splinters, and sharp nails (after clipping). By signing this agreement, you (the client) agree to relieve Adrienne's Grooms, and its agents from any and all liabilities, and/or costs associated with any veterinary care, symptoms or discomfort of your pet related to or presenting after services rendered by Adrienne's Grooms. The pursuit of any veterinary, behavioral, or rehabilitational services, and the payment there of, is the sole responsibility of the pet owner. Additionally, you agree to relieve Adrienne's Grooms and its agents from any and all liability associated with damages to person, pet, or property by or relating to services rendered or service equipment used by Adrienne's Grooms and its agents.

- A fee of $50 / $100 / $200 per dog will be charged for:

- Standard Cancellation Policy: 1-2 Dogs Appointments for 1 or 2 dogs must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the applicable cancellation fee.
- Multi-Dog Cancellation Policy: 3+ Dogs Appointments scheduled for 3 or more dogs on the same day require at least 5 business days' notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid the applicable cancellation fee
To avoid cancellation fees:
1-2 dogs: 24 hours' notice
3+ dogs: 5 business days' notice
EXAMPLE: If your appointment is Monday at 7:00am, you must cancel before 7:00am on Sunday.

Pick-Up Policy
Dogs must be picked up within 30 minutes of being notified that their grooming is complete.
After 30 minutes, a fee of $1 per minute will be charged
